Respecting tradition, with passion and competence our company produces for fifty years a select extravirgin olive oil .

 

 

 

Olives are detached from the tree when they are not yet mature , this allows us to obtain a product with excellent fruity taste with low acidity . Within 24 hours of harvesting the olives are processed in the mill of the agricultural cooperative where the owner Maria is not only partner but also a member of the board.

 

 

 

Exclusive mechanical milling, in continuously cycle at a controlled temperature, the oil is stored in stainless steel tanks . Bottling is doing in the same mill under the control of the operators. Maria stands over each stage of production to ensure the highest quality of the finished product.

 

 

Today our company produces an oil made from different varieties of olives as Coratina, Nociara, Ogliarola, collected directly from the trees and never from the ground . Cipriani family has created an oil that has inside the millenary scents of Apulia , and has got a product appreciated by all who taste it .
