4000 olive trees, 15.000 grape-vine and 800 fruit trees are the numbers that routinely are conducted with passion and devotion.
The company is a member of TERRA DI BARI DOP olive oil Consortium and with the IGP Baresana grapes cultivation , proud of the Bari lands, make the company an Apulian spokesman in the world.
Today the company is led by MARIA CIPRIANI with the strength, the experience and the knowledge inherited from his ancestors . Maria has decided to tackle a difficult process of commercialization of its extravirgin olive oil and its magnificent grapes , and is ready to face the challenges of the food industry.
MARIA CIPRIANI obtained the suitability to taste the extravirgin olive oil in 2009 and is in the list of extravirgin olive oil tasters of Apulian Region since 2011. Diligence and attention in the cultivation and particular attention to use friendly systems for the environment, allow the company to obtain products with one goal : the high quality .
